Whispering Palms Reviews
Clever Caribbean Mystery *****
Amazon UK Reader and Reviewer - Mike (July 2010)
Written in an engaging style, “Whispering Palms” is a first rate mystery novel oozing with excitement and suspense. Embracing ‘a touch of Agatha Christie’ and a generous sprinkling of glitz and glamour, the cleverly constructed, fast-moving plot is full of sizzling surprises, twists and turns, which would keep even the best amateur sleuth on his or her toes to the very end. Detail is so sharp and true to life, it wouldn’t take any reader long to feel embroiled in the growing web of gossip, innuendo, intrigue, and uncertainty being woven in the heat of the sun.
Set on a remote, idyllic Caribbean island, this captivating adventure of interwoven lives, loves, lusts, and desires is played out in a privileged paradise for the rich and anonymous, which devotes itself to rumour, insincerity, self indulgence, hypocrisy, and above all, blackmail.
When the island’s palms start to whisper in the lazy, tropical winds, the vibrant mix of colourful and varied characters engage in unusual and unpredictable behaviour and begin to forge convenient, and sometimes unconventional, relationships which inevitably lead to all sorts of further thrills and intrigue. After all, everyone has a past, everyone has a reason to be there, and everyone has his or her own special agenda!
Indeed, there is something for everyone in this novel, and there’s definitely a twist in the tale!

Perfect For Television *****
Amazon UK Reader - Dave April 2012
This is a rare book indeed. I knew from the very begining that I was going to enjoy it immensely. It had me laughing out loud at times and was full of suspense to the very end.
I really do think some TV executive should pick up the rights to this and make a great mini series.
Excellently written and characters you can imagine to the merest detail.
Have a good read of this book and then prepare yourself for the follow up "Palms of Persuasion". I do not usually read the same author consequetively but I am going to make an exception in this case.
